Why it matters to your business
A website that does not load costs you every visitor who tries, and a customer who cannot reach you often assumes you have closed. It can also mean the domain's DNS points somewhere that no longer exists.
How to fix it
- Open the site in a private browser window from another network (a phone on cellular works).
- Check that the domain's A/AAAA or CNAME records point at your current host.
- Ask your host whether the site is up and serving HTTPS.
