We started NHM in 2021 because we saw too many local businesses getting burned. They were paying too much for IT companies that treated them like a ticket number, or relying on “my nephew does our IT” setups that left them exposed to real threats.
We knew there was a better way. As a Canton-based team, we bring enterprise-grade security and managed IT services to businesses across Northeast Ohio — Canton, Akron, Cleveland, Youngstown, and everywhere in between — with the personal touch that only a local partner can provide.
