SECURITY CAMERAS · NORTHEAST OHIO

Security cameras you can actually pull footage from.

We install and look after business camera systems: the cameras, the recorder, viewing on your phone, and the network they sit on. When something happens, the footage is there and the time on it is right.

  • Coverage planned around doors, registers and lots
  • Footage recorded on site, viewable from your phone
  • Cameras kept on their own network
  • Default passwords changed, clocks set, firmware updated
  • Existing systems taken over and cleaned up

The short answer

A camera system is only worth something on the day you need it.

The usual story: something goes missing, someone opens the camera app, and the camera that mattered has been offline for a month, or the recording says 1970 because the clock was never set.

We set systems up so that does not happen, and we take over the ones that were installed and forgotten. Cameras are network devices too, so we keep them on their own network with their own passwords.

Sounds familiar?

  • Nobody has the recorder's password
  • Some cameras show a black square
  • The time on the footage is wrong
  • You can only watch from the office
  • The installer is gone and nobody knows how it is set up
  • Cameras sit on the same network as your office computers

What we do

New systems, and the ones you already have.

Coverage planning

We walk the property with you and mark what each camera needs to see: entrances, registers, the lot, the loading door. Then we pick cameras for the job, not the other way round.

Installation

IP cameras powered over the network cable, and a recorder sized for how many days of footage you want kept.

Viewing from anywhere

Live view and playback on your phone and computer, set up without opening the recorder to the whole internet.

Taking over an existing system

We find every camera and recorder on the network, recover or reset access, set the clocks, update firmware and write down what is where.

A separate camera network

Cameras are some of the least-patched devices on any network. We keep them on their own network so a weak camera cannot be used to reach your office computers.

Keeping it working

Checks that every camera is still recording, the time is right and the recorder has room, plus firmware updates when the maker releases them.

Who it's for

Businesses with something worth watching.

Talk to us about yours
  • Dealerships, yards and lots

Wide outdoor areas, many cameras, and footage you may need to hand to police or an insurer.

  • Shops and retail counters

Registers, entrances and stock rooms, with clips you can find by time without scrolling through hours.

  • Offices and warehouses

Doors, loading areas and the server closet, watched from the owner's phone.

  • Properties with several buildings

Outbuildings and separate sites, brought into one place to watch.

How it works

Walk it, plan it, install it, keep it recording.

  1. Walkthrough

    We look at the property

What you want to see, where the cameras can mount, how far the cable runs are, and what is there now.

  2. In writing

    A camera plan and quote

Which camera goes where and why, the recorder, and how long footage is kept. Equipment is quoted on its own and is yours.

  3. Install

    Set up and tested

Cameras mounted and aimed, recording checked, and phone viewing set up for the people you choose.

  4. Ongoing

    Still recording next year

Health checks, firmware and help pulling a clip when you need one.

FAQ

Questions people ask first.

Something not covered here? Call (330) 305-2750 and ask. You get Noah, not a menu.

Often, yes. Many IP cameras use common standards, so they can be recorded and viewed by other systems. Some brands only work with their own recorder. We check what you have before suggesting anything new.

Recording happens on a recorder at your location, so footage does not depend on your internet line. You can still watch and play back from your phone.

It depends on the number of cameras, their resolution and how much storage the recorder has. Tell us how far back you need to go, and we size the storage for it.

Cameras often run old firmware and default passwords. On the same network as your office computers, a weak camera is a way in. On their own network, they can record and be viewed, and nothing more.

You do. The cameras and recorder are yours, and so are the admin passwords. We keep documented access so we can help.

It depends on the number of cameras, the property and how long you want footage kept. Equipment is quoted on its own; the install is quoted in writing after the walkthrough.
