PHONE SYSTEMS · NORTHEAST OHIO

Business phones that ring the right people.

We set up phone systems for offices: your existing numbers moved over, desk phones or an app on each person's cell, and calls routed the way your business actually answers them. Then we handle the changes.

  • Keep your existing phone numbers
  • Desk phones, computer or cell phone, your choice per person
  • Call menus, ring groups and after-hours rules
  • Voicemail delivered to email
  • Staff can take calls from home

The short answer

A phone system should match how your office answers calls.

Most phone problems are not about the phones. Calls ring one person who is out, after-hours calls go nowhere, and the old system needs a technician to change a name.

We start by writing down who should answer what, and when. Then we set the system up to do that, move your numbers over, and make changes when people come and go.

Sounds familiar?

  • An old phone system on the wall that nobody can change
  • Customers hear endless ringing when the front desk is busy
  • Staff give out their personal cell numbers
  • Voicemail piles up in a box nobody checks
  • You pay for lines nobody uses
  • Remote staff cannot take office calls

What we do

From your phone numbers to the person who picks up.

Keep your numbers

Your main number and direct lines moved from your current carrier, with the old service left on until the move is complete.

Call flow that fits

Menus, ring groups, who gets the call when the front desk is busy, and what happens after hours and on holidays.

Phones, apps or both

Desk phones for the front desk, an app on a cell or computer for people who move around. Each person gets what suits their job.

Voicemail you will actually read

Messages delivered to email, so they are not stuck in a mailbox on a phone.

Calls that work from anywhere

Staff working from home or another office take and make calls on the business number, set up securely.

The network under it

Phones on their own network with the bandwidth they need, so calls do not break up when someone uploads a big file. Our network and Wi-Fi work covers it.

Who it's for

Offices where a missed call is a missed customer.

Talk to us about yours
  • Offices replacing an old phone system

A system on the wall that nobody can change, or a provider contract that is coming up.

  • Teams with remote or traveling staff

People who need to answer the business line from home, the road or a second office.

  • Businesses with more than one location

One number, calls handed between sites, and one system to manage.

  • Sales and service teams

Ring groups that spread calls across the team, so nobody waits on one person.

How it works

Map the calls first, then move the numbers.

  1. First call

    How calls come in today

Your numbers, who answers, what happens when they do not, and what you pay now.

  2. In writing

    A call plan and quote

Who rings when, what phones each person gets, and what it costs each month.

  3. Number transfer

    Set up, then switch

The new system is built and tested first. Your carrier then moves the numbers on a set date, with the old service on until it is done.

  4. Ongoing

    Changes handled

New staff, people leaving, holiday hours and new menus, done for you.

FAQ

Questions people ask first.

Something not covered here? Call (330) 305-2750 and ask. You get Noah, not a menu.

Usually, yes. Moving a number needs your current account details and often a recent bill from your carrier. Your old service stays on until the transfer is complete, so calls keep coming in.

No. Many people only need an app on their cell or computer. Front desks and shared spaces usually still want a desk phone. We set up whatever mix suits your office.

Internet phone systems need internet. We set up a fallback so calls ring through to cell phones when the office line is down, and we can add backup internet to the office network.

Yes. The same business number rings on their app, and outgoing calls show the business number, not their personal cell.

We pick the service after we know how your office handles calls and what it needs to connect to. You get the choice and the reasons in writing.

There is the phone service itself, billed monthly per line or user, any phones you buy, and the setup. All of it is quoted in writing after the first call.
