The short answer

Most network trouble is a setup problem, not a bad internet line.

Dead spots, a printer that drops off every afternoon, a guest who can see the office computers: these usually come from how the network was put together, often years ago by someone who is no longer around.

We look at what you have, draw up a plan, install it, and then keep it maintained. You end up with a network that is written down, with the logins in your company's hands.

Sounds familiar?

  • Wi-Fi drops in the back office, the shop or the warehouse
  • Customers or tenants share the same Wi-Fi as your staff
  • Nobody knows the password to the firewall
  • Each location was set up by a different person
  • The internet goes down and the whole office stops
  • A switch or access point has been offline for weeks and nobody noticed

What we do

From the internet line to the last desk.

Wi-Fi that covers the building

Access points placed for how the space is used: offices, shop floors, warehouses and outbuildings. Coverage is checked after install, not assumed.

Firewall and gateway

The box between your office and the internet, set up with sensible rules, kept on current firmware, and with remote access through a private network instead of ports opened to the internet.

Separate networks for separate people

Staff, guests, tenants, cameras and phones each on their own network, so a visitor's laptop cannot reach your office computers.

Several sites, one view

Every location on one management dashboard. Building-to-building wireless links where running cable is not practical.

Backup internet

A second provider or a cellular backup, with the gateway switching over by itself when the main line goes down.

Taking over an existing network

We find every device, back up the settings before changing anything, recover or reset admin access, and write down what is where.

Who it's for

Businesses whose work stops when the network does.

Talk to us about yours
  • Offices with dead spots

A few access points in the wrong places is the most common problem we see. Moving or adding the right ones usually fixes it.

  • Shops, dealerships and warehouses

Big open spaces, metal buildings and lots that need Wi-Fi outside. Cameras and phones on the same switches, each kept on its own network.

  • Buildings shared with tenants

One internet line serving your business and the people who rent from you, with each tenant on an isolated network of their own.

  • Businesses with more than one location

Each site set up the same way and watched from one place, so a problem at the second location does not wait for someone to drive there.

How it works

Plan first, install once.

  1. Walkthrough

    We look at the building

Where people work, where the Wi-Fi fails, what equipment is there now and what it connects to.

  2. In writing

A plan and an equipment list

What to keep, what to replace and why, with a quote. Equipment is quoted on its own and it is yours.

  3. Install

    After hours where it matters

Old settings backed up first. Changes that would interrupt work are done when the office is closed, then tested.

  4. Ongoing

    Watched and maintained

Firmware updates in a quiet window, an alert when a device drops, and every change written down.

FAQ

Questions people ask first.

Something not covered here? Call (330) 305-2750 and ask. You get Noah, not a menu.

No. We start with what you have. If it is still supported and doing its job, it stays. If something is past its updates or is the cause of the trouble, we say so and quote the replacement.

Mostly Ubiquiti UniFi, because one dashboard can run every site and it is reasonably priced. We also work with firewalls and switches from other makers when you already have them.

You do. The equipment is yours, and the main admin account is set up for your company with us added to it, so you are never locked out of your own network.

Yes. They get their own Wi-Fi on a separate network that can reach the internet but not your office computers, printers or cameras.

Without a backup line, everything stops. With a second provider or a cellular backup plugged into the gateway, it switches over by itself and switches back when the main line returns.

Equipment is quoted on its own and is yours to keep. The install is quoted in writing after the walkthrough. Ongoing network monitoring and firewall management are part of our Complete and Advanced managed IT plans, or can be quoted separately.
