Computers, servers, firewalls and networking gear are yours to own. We spec it, order it and set it up, and the equipment is quoted on its own.
Software licensing beyond Microsoft 365
Line-of-business and industry software stays on its own invoice. We still manage it.
Project work
Server migrations, office moves and cloud migrations are quoted before they start.
On-site visits outside the plan
Essentials is remote support. Scheduled on-site visits come with Complete and Advanced. Anything beyond that is billed hourly, and we tell you before we drive.
