Why it matters to your business
Expired certificates are one of the most common reasons small business sites go down, and they always seem to expire on a weekend. Automatic renewal fails silently more often than people think: a changed DNS record or a moved site is enough.
How to fix it
- Renew the certificate now, or trigger your host's automatic renewal.
- Find out why automatic renewal did not happen (a DNS change, a moved site, an expired card) and fix that too.
