A tour of the web dashboard

What each section of nhmohio.com/dashboard shows: Overview, Domains, Fixes, Security, SEO, Monitor, Reports and Compliance.

Updated · 2 min read

The dashboard is one canvas: a rail on the left, a domain list, and a detail pane. It understands ?domain=, ?target= and ?panel= in the URL. Older ?tab= links from before the 2026-08-21 rebuild still land in the right place.

The rail

Section What it holds
Overview Portfolio health tiles, the fix queue, and (on Enterprise) the AI portfolio summary: a verdict, a score, the facts behind it and a numbered list of what to fix in order. Every count comes from your own scan results
Domains The inventory: add, edit and remove domains, groups and clients, notes, sort and filter, per-domain scan history, and each domain's full page
Fixes Every open finding across the portfolio, worst first, with the next action for each. The badge counts the urgent ones
Security The account-level security view: exposure scans, hosts and open ports, the software inventory, KEV/CVE alerts, the watchlist, dismissals, scan clearance and network targets
SEO The SEO section: homepage score and history, the whole-site crawl, keywords, competitors, issues, the work queue, search intent, and Local SEO
Monitor Uptime, change events, DMARC reports, provider status, custom endpoint checks
Reports Generate a PDF report, email it, and (on Enterprise) set white-label branding
Compliance PCI-DSS, HIPAA and CMMC control records, plus incident and WISP entries

Admins see an extra section linking to the admin console.

A domain's page

Open a domain from the list and the pane shows its setup guide, three status cards (Domain, Email, Website), the findings that need attention with a next action each, and the modules: DNS, Certificate, Email & DMARC, Website, Uptime, Vulnerabilities, SEO & accessibility, Impostor domains, Subdomains, Compliance, Reports and History. The same twelve modules appear in the same order in the iOS app.

Settings

Settings holds your profile, notification and alert channels, scan cadence, the plan card, API keys, report branding, lookalike alert delivery and two-factor authentication. See Notification settings.

Ask for help

Every page has an Ask for help dialog. It saves a support conversation before any notification is sent, and attaches the section you were on, the selected domain, your plan and any scan or error identifiers, so the reply can be specific. See Support inbox and Ask NHM.

Dark theme

The web dashboard is dark-only since the 2026-08 redesign. The iOS app has a System / Light / Dark switch under Account, Appearance.

Still stuck?

Ask the people who run the scanner.

Send the domain and what you expected to see. We look at the same scan you are looking at and write back with what it means and what to change.
