Support inbox and Ask NHM
Ask for help on every plan; Ask NHM on a finding opens a thread with a person on Enterprise; thread statuses, archiving, and website-help requests.

There is a person at the other end. Two doors lead to them, and the difference between them is the one plan gate this product is careful about.
Ask for help (every plan)
- Web: Help at the foot of the rail, on every dashboard page (a dialog with fix guides and a direct line to the team), and on the locked-out sign-in screen.
- iOS: Account, Support, Message, a compose sheet with three chips (DMARC setup, Add a domain, Billing) that fill in the box. Nothing is sent until you tap send.
- API/MCP: a new thread is opened with
POST /api/conversationsfrom a signed-in session or the public form (an API key cannot open one). Over MCP, a key with thedomainsscope can list and read the account's own threads (list_support_conversations,get_support_conversation), and withwriteit can reply to one or close, reopen or archive it (reply_to_support_conversation,update_support_conversation). Deleting a thread stays in the dashboard and the app. The REST API does not expose conversations to keys.
The request is saved as a conversation before any notification is attempted, and a dashboard request attaches the section you were on, the selected domain, your plan, and any scan or error identifiers. Questions about plans and billing are open to everyone.
Ask NHM on a finding (Enterprise)
Every finding, alert, exposure and SEO issue has an Ask NHM button. Every plan is told what is wrong and how to fix it; what Enterprise buys is a thread with a person who will look at your account and work through it with you. That is time, so it is the plan that pays for time.
On other plans the button explains the option instead of failing after you have written the message, and the explanation of the finding stays exactly where it was. The capability is expert_help; the endpoint answers 402 with that name below Enterprise.
The thread
A conversation has a subject, a status (open, in progress, closed) and can be archived. The chat shows who you are talking to and the reply time (within a business day), your messages on the right and NHM's on the left. Replies show in the app under Account, Support, Conversations, and a reply notification is sent.
Request website help
Account, Support, Request website help: a rebuild, a repair, or a finding you want handled. Nothing is purchased; the team contacts you.
Beta feedback
Account, Settings, About & feedback sends a message straight to Noah with the app version and account email attached.
Common questions
What is the response time? Within a business day, Eastern time. The phone line and hours are on the Account screen.
Can Claude open a thread for me? No. Over MCP it can read your threads and, with a write key on Enterprise, reply to one or close or archive it. Opening a new thread needs the dashboard or the app.
