Before we can check anything about your email, your domain's DNS has to answer. This check says when it did not.

What we look at
We query your domain's DNS for the records every other email check needs. This row appears only when those queries failed or timed out.
Why it matters to your business
If DNS does not answer us, it may not be answering your customers' mail servers either. That can mean a nameserver outage, a misconfigured zone, or a domain that has lapsed.
How to fix it
- Run the check again in a few minutes to rule out a passing outage.
- Confirm the nameservers listed at your registrar are the ones hosting your DNS zone.
- Check that the domain has not expired.
