Why it matters to your business
A listing means some mail providers refuse or junk your email, often without a bounce, so you only notice when replies stop. Listings usually follow a compromised mailbox or website sending spam, which is worth knowing about for its own sake.
How to fix it
- Find out why: check for compromised mailboxes, contact forms being abused, or malware on the website.
- Fix the cause, then request delisting from each list's removal page.
