Yes. You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your current billing cycle continues until its end.

Do you offer a free trial of Pro features?

The Starter plan is free forever and includes core monitoring. If you'd like to try Pro features, contact us for a 14-day trial.

How does domain monitoring work?

We automatically scan your domains on a schedule based on your plan (weekly for Starter, daily for Pro, hourly for Enterprise). You'll get alerts when issues are detected.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. All scan data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Cloudflare's global edge network and follow security best practices including 2FA for all accounts.

Can I get a custom enterprise plan?
