What does 'image-based backup' mean?
Instead of backing up individual files, we capture a complete image of the system drive — operating system, applications, settings, and all data. If a drive fails or ransomware locks you out, we restore the full system exactly as it was, often in under an hour. File-only backups can take days to reconstruct manually. Image backups get you running again.
How is EDR different from traditional antivirus?
Antivirus relies on a known threat database — it catches what it's seen before. EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) uses behavioral analysis to identify suspicious activity in real time: unusual process launches, credential misuse, lateral movement. It catches zero-day attacks and fileless malware that signature-based tools miss. Combined with a human-led SOC, real threats are identified and contained before they spread.
What does 24/7 SOC monitoring mean for my business?

Yes. We commonly work alongside internal IT teams as a security and backup overlay. Your team handles day-to-day user support; we handle the protection stack, monitoring, and restoration. If you don't have an internal team, we cover that too.
What operating systems are supported?
Windows 10 and 11, macOS 12 and later. Server endpoints can be included at additional cost. Each covered system runs our EDR agent, receives image-based backup, and has access to our remote support channel.
How does the $25/month per system pricing scale?
Straightforward: 10 systems is $250/month, 25 systems is $625/month. No setup fees, no per-incident surprises. Volume pricing available for 50+ systems. Pricing is per physical or virtual workstation — servers are priced separately.
What's not included in this plan?
Hardware replacement, onsite service calls, and cloud infrastructure (Microsoft 365, Azure, etc.) are outside the scope of the $25/month rate. We can manage those separately. The core bundle covers protection, monitoring, backup, and remote support for covered endpoints.
