Clear ownership when something breaks
A clearer support model
You should not have to manage your IT provider.
Technology problems get harder when ownership is unclear. NHM gives your team one support path and gives you a clear person responsible for follow-through.
Without clear ownership
- No one is clearly responsible when a problem crosses vendors.
- Employees wait for answers while work sits still.
- Security gaps only surface after an incident or insurance question.
- Projects and invoices arrive without a clear priority or plan.
With NHM Ohio
- You have one person accountable for the next step.
- Routine monitoring and maintenance catch problems earlier.
- Recommendations come with a plain-English reason and priority.
- You approve the scope and cost before project work begins.

Common questions
Answers before you call.
What does managed IT cost?
It depends on how many people and systems you have, so I won't pretend there's one number. After the free consultation you get a clear monthly figure and exactly what it covers — and you'll never be billed for work we didn't agree on first.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?
You call or email me directly. Work is documented in the support system, but you always know who is accountable for the next step. Response targets depend on severity and the terms of your plan.
Can you help us meet our cyber insurance requirements?
Yes. I put the controls insurers ask about in place — MFA, tested backups, email and endpoint protection — and keep the documentation, so the renewal questionnaire has real answers behind it.
We already have someone who handles IT. Does that matter?
Not a problem. Some clients have an internal person for day-to-day issues and bring me in for security and bigger projects. Others hand me the whole thing. We'll figure out what split makes sense in the consultation.
What happens after I book the consultation?
We talk through your business and where IT is hurting — no pitch. Then I do a baseline review of your identity, email, endpoints, and backups, and you get a prioritized roadmap: urgent fixes first, planned projects next, with budget context.
Let’s start with a straight conversation
Let’s put the next step in writing.
Tell me what is breaking, changing, or creating risk. I will give you a direct assessment and explain what I would do next. You will talk with me, not a salesperson.
